The fundraising celebration workout to honor Graham Muir's 1,000 Mile ITI 2022 finish raised over $2,300 for UNICEF to help support their efforts in Ukraine.

I wanted to send a quick email to send my very deepest gratitude for your generosity as UNICEF works around the clock in Ukraine and neighboring countries to reach as many children and families as possible.
As you know, the war has caused dire consequences: 6.5 million people in Ukraine are internally displaced – 2.5 million of this number being children, and I am sad to report that 112 children have been killed and 149 injured. Our team is on the ground, everyday, to try to help as many individuals as we can. UNICEF is also actively working with neighboring countries to ensure refugee protection – over 4 million refugees (and counting) have fled Ukraine, and women and children make up 90% of the refugee population.
The scale of this humanitarian crisis cannot be overstated, and we are so grateful that you chose to partner with UNICEF in our work. On behalf of UNICEF, I feel truly fortunate to have the privilege to thank you for your gift.
